I am a huge fan of the original animated classic and there was no chance I was going to miss out seeing the new film by Burton - the #CGI is good, Dumbo is great, and good performances by DeVito Green and Arkin - but the pull on the heartstrings was not there for me like with the original - maybe because I am 10 times older then when I first saw it or it loses the magic going from animation to live action and photo realistic CGI - but either way it is still a good family outing to the theater #OoH #Dumbo #2019 #director #TimBurton #actor #MichaelKeaton #EvaGreen #DannyDeVito #AlanArkin #ilovemovies #ThursdayNightMovie #GeorgetownMovieClub #MeetUp #shareAMC #AMCStubsAList #AMCMovieWatcher #Disney #openingweekend
