Who knew the best film of my day at the theater would be the kids movie about a nerdy kid who wanted to grow up to be an inventor and who saves his town from just being know for sardines? The animation is good and the raining cornucopia of food, the quasi-talking money and roaming rat-birds are just a few of the visual treats awaiting you and your children. The voice cast includes the talents of SNL cast members Bill Hader and Andy Sandberg with Al Roker, Anna Farris, James Cann, and of course Bruce Campbell as the town's desperate and bloated Mayor with Mr. T as the local sheriff. Bill Hader and Kristin Wiig seem to be popping up everywhere and now in the family films.
