I am a huge fan of the original #1967 film with #RexHarrison and this latest reimagining does not compare on any level. There are a few funny moments but the film should have just been fully animated based on the amount of CGI required in every scene. The kids are not that interesting and the animals get lost in the recognition of the well known voice actors which pulls you out of the film.
